Free Admission Books range in price from $0.50 to $5.00, with a few exceptions
Over 20 dedicated volunteers work year-round to sort, organize, and price the 70,000 books for our annual sale. This gently-used-book sale is one of the largest in Ontario and draws people in from far and wide. There are no restrictions on the number of books you can purchase, and with over 40 different categories there’s sure to be something for you! All proceeds go to the Elora Festival.
Book donations can be made at the Elora Festival Office at 33 Henderson Street.
Bins for books are at the side of the building for your convenience – donations can be dropped of at any time! For pick up of large donations, and for additional information, please call the Festival Office at 519-846-0331. Please ensure that boxes are manageable. We suggest no larger than liquor-size boxes.

- Gardening Magazines, Craft Magazines
- Pre 1960: National Geographic, Public School Text Books, Magazines
We Do Not Accept:
- Harlequin Romance
- Readers Digest Magazines
- Readers Digest Condensed Books
- Canadian Living, Chatelaine, or other weekly magazines
